       Yes. References are available upon request.

  2. Are "Guest Amenities" included with your clean?
       Yes. We offer a standard and deluxe set of toiletries and supplies.

  3. Do you offer maintenance and other home-care services?
       Yes. Light maintenance, filter replacements, pest control, plumbing, appliance repair, and door re-keying.

  4. Can your staff accommodate a Saturday to Saturday cleaning schedule?
       We have reached maximum capacity for Saturday cleans during the 2021 season. 

  5. Who would actually be cleaning our condo – would it be the same crew each week?
       Our cleaners are assigned the same properties throughout the season to ensure consistency and accountability.

  6. How do you handle the payment of your cleaning fees? 
       We accept online payment only (PayPal, Direct Deposit, Credit Card)

  7. Do you provide extra linens and/or offer laundry services?
       Yes. We wash your linens at our laundry facility keeping them fresh and organized. Owners supply extra linens.

  8. How do you handle the inventory of contents after each clean?
       A complete inventory list with pictures is displayed inside your condo for guest and cleaners.

  9. Do you document/ report back the condition of the condo?  
       Yes. We invoice immediately after each clean, with pictures and any issues or concerns. 

  10. When do we give you our cleaning dates?
       Our schedule system stays in sync with your VRBO calendar. You can also email dates to us.
